We collect the least we can, use it to run your tickets and keep people safe, and let you take it with you or delete it.

Who is responsible

Tajop runs Tajop and is responsible for your account and safety data. When you buy a ticket, the organiser also receives your order details to run their event, and is responsible for how they use them. Contact: contact@tajop.com.

What we collect

  • Account: your email, name, language and city choice; passkeys and authenticator settings if you add them.
  • Orders and tickets: what you bought, answers to the organiser's questions, holder names, transaction IDs and any receipt you upload.
  • Safety: reports, "Did you get in?" answers, and short-lived sign-in and abuse-prevention records (device type, rough location from your connection).
  • We never collect card numbers. Card payments happen on the organiser's gateway.

Why we use it

  • To sell and deliver your tickets and let you in (our contract with you).
  • To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure (our legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal duties, such as valid requests from authorities.
  • To send push notifications or updates you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw).

No advertising trackers run on Tajop.

Who sees it

  • The organiser of an event you book sees your name, email, answers and order, and can export them to run the event.
  • Service providers who host, email and protect Tajop, under contracts that limit what they can do.
  • Authorities, only with a valid legal request. We tell you unless the law forbids it.

We never sell your data.

Money and payment details

Tajop never holds your money. For direct transfers we store the transaction ID and receipt you give us so the organiser can match your payment and so the same payment can't be used twice.

How long we keep it

  • Your account: until you delete it.
  • Orders: kept for accounting and disputes. After you delete your account they are anonymised: your name and email are removed.
  • Receipts: deleted after the order's dispute window closes.
  • Sign-in and security records: up to 90 days.
  • ID documents of organisers: deleted once a decision is made.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export and delete your data, object to some uses, and withdraw consent at any time.

In your account settings, "Export my data" downloads everything tied to your account, and "Delete my account" removes your personal data after 14 days (in case you change your mind). You can also email contact@tajop.com.

You can complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies Tajop needs: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your checkout in this browser, and one for your language. No advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.

Security

Sign-in uses codes and passkeys, never passwords. Sensitive data is encrypted, and staff access is limited and logged.

Children

Tajop accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Younger people can attend events with tickets bought by an adult.
