About an event or your order
The organiser can answer questions about their event fastest. Their details are on the event page and in your order email.
If you paid and haven't heard back, open your order page: it shows exactly where things stand.
Help with Tajop
Email contact@tajop.com. Include your order reference (it starts with TJ-) if you have one. We answer within a working day.
Report a problem
Use "Something wrong?" on the event, organiser page or order. It goes straight to Chowkidar, our safety team.
Legal, press and authorities
Takedown requests, law enforcement and press: email contact@tajop.com with "Legal" or "Press" in the subject. Authorities must send requests in writing from an official address.
