Terms of use
The rules for using Tajop, in plain words. Tajop is software that connects buyers and organisers. It is not the seller of any ticket.
Last updated 10 Oct 2026.
Who we are
Tajop is run by Tajop ("Tajop", "we"). You can reach us at contact@tajop.com.
What Tajop does
Tajop lets organisers publish events and sell tickets, and lets buyers find events, get tickets and get in.
The organiser is the seller of every ticket. The contract for the event is between you and the organiser. Tajop provides the software, the checks described on the Safety page and the ticket itself.
Tajop never holds money
Every payment goes straight from the buyer to the organiser: through the organiser's own payment gateway, by direct transfer to the organiser's account, or in cash at the door.
Tajop does not collect, hold or move ticket money, charges organisers no commission and charges buyers no fee.
If you buy tickets
- Give your real name and an email you can read. Some tickets also need a name for each holder.
- Pay only to the account shown at checkout, and enter the real transaction ID.
- Your order is confirmed when the organiser confirms your payment, or straight away for free passes and card checkouts.
- Don't resell tickets above face value or copy them. Organisers can cancel tickets that break their rules.
If you run events
- You must have the right to run the event and to sell tickets for it, and describe it truthfully.
- You are responsible for the event, for refunds under your stated policy, and for any taxes.
- Payment accounts must be in your verified name or your business's name.
- Confirm payments only after you see them in your own records. Tajop never confirms a payment for you.
- Tajop may limit, pause or remove events and accounts to protect buyers, and will tell you why.
Tickets and entry
A ticket is a licence from the organiser to attend, subject to their entry policy (for example age, dress code or ID). Live tickets change every 30 seconds; a copied or screenshot ticket may be refused at the door.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds come from the organiser, under the policy on the event page. If an event is cancelled, the organiser must promise a refund date. Tajop tracks refunds with you and shows unresolved refunds on the organiser's public record, but cannot pay refunds itself.
Fair use
Don't use Tajop for fake events, to collect payments outside Tajop by deception, to impersonate anyone, to scrape or overload the service, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Tajop running and safe, but we provide it as it is. Tajop is not responsible for an organiser's event, its quality or its refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you stronger protection.
