    • Upon successful payment, tickets will be delivered electronically to the user’s provided email address as a downloadable PDF attachment. Users can print the PDF if they prefer a physical copy.
    • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email address during the purchasing process. Tajop is not liable for non-delivery due to errors in the provided email address.
  2. Delivery Timeframe

    • Ticket delivery is generally instant upon successful payment. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to email service issues or high transaction volumes. Users should check their spam or junk folders if they do not receive tickets immediately.
  3. Contact for Non-Delivery

    • If users do not receive their tickets within a reasonable time, they should contact Tajop’s support team, who will assist with re-issuing the ticket.
